Chances are you’ve tried a lot of things…you’ve tried different diets, workout classes, a myriad of supplements, treatments, healing modalities, therapists but...you are still not where you want to be, it feels like something is missing, you are frustrated and feel demoralised that nothing has worked for you when it seems to work for everyone else.
You might even have put in the work and seen some results when it comes to healing your relationship with food, but you’re still bound by the after-effects of years of shame, punishment, restriction and compulsive behaviors. Perhaps, you have transferred your inability to navigate emotions onto other coping mechanisms beyond food, or maybe your life appears balanced from the outside but if you released control it would all fall apart.

The Process
There is an order, a process, a timeline to everything. A tree cannot grow before the roots make their way into the earth, providing an anchor, safety and the grounds for sustained existence.
My holistic approach follows a three-step process based on core trauma-analysis & eradication, and follows the order of our inherent energetic systems to ensure each pillar of your existence is solid before moving forward. Within each step, we focus on uncovering the core traumas behind your current suffering, eradicating them and building new belief systems to re-instate your self-worth.
The time dedicated to each step will be based on your unique situation, current and past experiences, childhood, belief systems and blocks, and will take the time you need in order to heal.
There is no escape, but there is a way out. And I will guide you through it.
I. The Roots
Restore your sense of Self

What does it mean to exist? To be? What do we need and what do we want? What are we capable of?
The only way to truly answer these questions is deconstructing everything we have ever built and known about ourselves and meeting the core of who we are.
In this crucial first step of your journey you will reconnect with your sense of safety and belonging and build towards feeling secure in who you are. You will explore your relationship to pleasure and creativity, enabling you to understand and overcome addictions, coping mechanisms and restrictive behaviors, which block you from honoring your desires and feelings.
Finally, you will build the foundation to reclaim confidence, personal strength, and the belief that you are capable of pursuing what is authentically aligned with your desires.
This process will help you uncover your truth and lead you towards a deep connection to your authentic Self.
We cannot truly heal if we don't feel safe to exist.

II. The Trunk
Restore emotional processing

What happens when we believe that we are not deserving of what we desire? We shape and mold ourselves to fit into an expectation of what we believe is deserving.
In this second step, after having come face to face with your core, you will begin to explore, analyze and refine the identity you have created around yourself. In this safe space, you will learn to remove the layers of not-Self, the layers of construct, of false personality and the need for validation that you have accumulated in order to be loved.
In this process, you will explore the guidance of your emotions and learn to navigate them with greater compassion and empathy, both for yourself and others, creating a newfound groundedness and balance.
Once your sense of Self is honest and integrated, you will learn to embody it, translating what is within you to the outside world. You will plant the seed for and nurture Self-compassion, Self-acceptance, Self-respect and unconditional Self-love.
You don't become deserving of love, you inherently are love.

III. The Crown
Restore your ability to believe

What separates a dream from reality? The willingness and ability to bring it into existence.
And what if you were here to bring to fruition everything that you authentically dream of?
In this final step, you will nurture and strengthen to your inner wisdom and sense of purpose.
After establishing an authentic and integrated sense of Self, internally and externally, all that remains is seeing what you are capable of.
You will practice listening to your intuition and understanding its messages, allowing yourself to see beyond surface realities and to trust in your inner knowing. Gain the confidence to dream fiercley, to believe in your vision and purpose, and to garner the strength and resilience to seize it, pursue it and make it happen.
Finally, you will learn to witness and embrace your connection with Life, to understand that everything happens in support of your highest truth.
Deepen your connection to universal consciousness and become able to see that you are guided by something greater than yourself, by Life itself.

My Tools
My method draws upon the tools I leveraged in my own recovery from 10-years of Eating Disorders alongside my skills & expertise as a meditation author & guide, certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher, chakra balancing facilitator focused on childhood trauma, and self-esteem & authenticity coach.
In Session: Somatic & movement practices, energetic work, subconscious exploration, guided conversation and meditation will be used in our live sessions according to your specific needs.
After Session: Self-reflective practices (journaling, drawing), nervous system regulation and additional self-soothing tools will allow you to feel supported in-between sessions and teach you gradually how to become your own support system, your own healer.
