Nightwaves - A 7 Day Sleep Program

Experience your best sleep yet and learn more about yourself and your body in just 7 days.

Guided meditations, calming breathing exercises, soothing sleep tunes and an insightful view into how the body works help you discover the root causes of your sleeplessness and embrace deeper, rejuvenating rest.

What makes this program unique?

Unlike any other Sleep Program, we see sleep and sleep disruptions as a core indicator of emotional distress and of potential physical fatigue and stress. In fact, I created it as I was supporting myself after a burnout!

We look at the causes for disrupted sleep holistically and have developed targeted solutions accordingly:

  1. Sleep Tunes: Did you know that our brains go through specific brainwave states throughout the day and when we sleep? And, did you know that you can induce these states if they don’t happen naturally? In collaboration with musician and sound designer Arsel Kalemoglu, we have crafted specially designed sound frequencies that leverage brainwave synchronisation to promote relaxation and enhance sleep quality - to help you slip into sleep with ease. You will find these as Sound Journeys and as Guided Meditations narrated by Layla.

  2. Targeted Meditations: Often our environment interferes with our inner world, leading us into patterns of thinking and behaving that do not support the highest good of our mind. Our meditations are specially written to target overthinking, anxious and fearful minds to help reduce stress, signaling safety to the body, and promoting relaxation and grounding.

  3. Breathing Practices: What is an easy way to tell if a body is in fight or flight or stuck in the Sympathetic Nervous System response? The breathing pattern. So, can we deduce that a successful way to soothe and support the Parasympathetic Nervous System is regulating and manipulating the breath? Yep :) Our carefully chosen breathing practices help support the Nervous System to soothe and focus the mind & body.

  4. Journaling: Take this opportunity to build a new habit of writing down your thoughts every day. Not only does it allow to empty the mind for a clean slate, it also improves relaxation, self-awareness and emotional processing. Evening journaling reflects on the day, while morning journaling captures dreams and thoughts, enhancing dream recall and self-discovery.

  5. Self Care Practices: Myth: Self Care has to be hard. This week, we will explore activities that promote well-being and that are easily integrated in your life, such as practicing gratitude, engaging in hobbies, taking a warm shower or setting boundaries. These practices are important for good health and coping with stress.

Why a Sleep Program if the benefits are broader health and well-being?

When the body heals the mind blossoms.

We are not just the physical body and we are not just the mind. We need both to function synergistically and the best, most effective and most comprehensive practice to help maintain synchrony is sleep.
